LinkedIn calls labor force changes a “watershed moment” and suggests workers are looking for more remote work, increased work flexibility and a shorter work week. Call it what you will, but the “Great Resignation” or “Great Reshuffle” has led to questions and discussion about wages, the workplace and the future of work.
