You've just finished a great experience as an intern working for an elected leader in the Michigan House of Representatives or the Michigan Senate. 

Where will your career take you now? Oh the places you can go!

This workshop session features shares great tips for maximizing your internship experience and introduces you to the professionals who are on the lookout for new talent, especially those who learned from some of the best superivors in the Michigan Legislature.

The session is an extension of the Daniel Rosenthal Legislative Intern Award Program, named for the late Daniel Rosenthal of Ann Arbor. He so prized his legislative internship experiences that his family established this program to honor him and further the careers of every Michigan legislative intern. 

It is hosted by Michigan State University's Institute for Public Policy and Social Research, well known as the home of the Michigan Political Leadership Program, the State of the State Survey and Office for Survey Research.

This event is in the Mackinac Room on the 5th floor of the Cora B. Anderson House Office Building, 124 N. Capitol Ave. It starts at 11:30 a.m., includes a light lunch and winds up by 1 p.m.
