Food for Thought : Michigan's Food Supply after the Cyclosporiasis Outbreak

Michigan has long been a leader in fruit and vegetable production; however, last summer's cyclosporiasis outbreak left a bad taste in many consumers' mouths. Join IPPSR on Wednesday, October 14, for a lunch-and-learn talking about Michigan's food supply, the cyclosporiasis outbreak, and how such outbreaks may be prevented in the future, these questions, and how Data Centers will affect our state.

This free event will be held from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Mackinac Room of the House Office Building, 124 N Capitol Ave, Lansing, MI. Lunch will be provided.
