Phaedra currently serves as a Fellow at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education and as an adjunct faculty member with the Wayne County Community College District. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Wayne State University Law School. With over a decade of experience in public service, workforce development, and community strategy, Phaedra has led regional coalitions to expand access to energy careers and equitable education pathways.
